- I recently purchased a Macintosh Performa 6300 which includes a Global Village
- Teleport Platinum V Telecommunications *Card*. The modem seems to
- function normally with one exception: I can╣t log on to my local ISP
- without setting the port speed to 19,200. I would like to achieve
- consistent 28.8k or at least 26.4k log-ons. I have logged on consistently
- over the same phone lines with a Hayes 28.8.
-
- I CAN log on to local BBS╣s at 28.8 with no problems! (First Class or Zterm).
-
- I have tried numerous settings and the following initialization strings:
-
- AT&F1W2S95=44&D2M0
-
- AT&F1W2\N4%C2M0 <--worked once!!!
-
- AT&F1
- AT&F1W1
- AT&F1W1S95=44
-
- AT&F1W1S95=44\N5%C1
- AT&F1W1\N0%C0S95=44
- AT&F1W2S95=44\N3%C2M0
- \N3%C0
- \N0%C0\N5%C1
-
- AT&F1W1S95=44\N0
- \N5%C1
- \N5%C0
- \N3%C0

- My ISP uses USR Couriers. I╣m using MacTCP/FreePPP 1.0.5.
-
- If anyone has a suggestion please post and email me! Thanks!
